The matrix_54 is in file matrix_54.txt in PSG Matrix format (see, PSG Matrix in General (Text) Format).
Buyin Positive is calculated at point_1:

To calculate buyin_pos at point_1 run problem in file problem_buyin_pos.txt (see, Calculate Problem):
